5) the periodic inspection and replacement of the brushes of the DC motor
The transition wear of DC motor brush will affect the performance of the motor and even damage the motor. To this end, motor brushes should be regularly inspected and replaced. CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, machining center, etc., should be checked once a year.
6) regular replacement of storage batteries
A rechargeable battery maintenance circuit is installed in the CMOSRAM memory part of the general NC system to ensure that the system can keep its memory content during power failure. Under normal circumstances, even if it has not failed, it should be replaced once a year to ensure the normal operation of the system. Battery replacement should be carried out under the power supply of CNC system to prevent loss of information in RAM during replacement.
7) maintenance of standby circuit board
If the spare PCB is not used for a long time, it should be installed in the numerical control system regularly for a period of time to prevent damage.
2.2 maintenance of mechanical parts
1) maintenance of main transmission chain
Adjust the tightness of the spindle driving belt regularly to prevent the loss of rotation caused by skidding, check the constant temperature oil tank of the spindle, adjust the temperature range, replenish the oil quantity and clean the filter in time.
